Jennifer Dinehart

Jennifer is an award-winning communicator and brand strategist. She is president of Concentre Communications, Inc.

Drawing on 25 years of broad international communications and marketing experience, Jennifer leads the firm’s client engagement teams and provides senior-level strategic counsel and branding expertise. Her broad background gives her a unique strategic understanding of the dynamics of the business environment.

She was formerly the director, corporate communications and spokesperson for Corn Products International, Inc. (NYSE:CPO) the world’s leader BioAG producer of pharmaceuticals and intravenous solutions derived from corn. The company has 41 plants worldwide, spanning 22 countries. She was responsible for corporate and international communications, including branding, marketing, Web / Intranet, regulatory and legal requirements, and public affairs.

She also served as Senior Vice President of Summit Consulting Group, Inc., where she was responsible for corporate practice area. Client work included marketing communications, media relations, financial and investor relations, crisis communications, consumer marketing, corporate communications and employee relations for companies such as Career Education Corp., Center for Education, Johnstown America Industry, General Binding Corporation (GBC), Nanophase Technologies, Sears Roebuck & Co., Learning Sciences Corporation, Chicago Police Department, Illinois Coalition for Responsible Electricity Choice, Dave & Busters’, Horace Mann Insurance, Illinois Superconductor Corporation, Museum of Science and Industry and many more.

Prior to that, she was a founding partner and senior vice president of sales and marketing for Chicago Brewing Company. She was responsible for strategic marketing and sales.

She served as President of Financial Communicators, a Chicago public relations firm. Clients included: Nexus, O’Connor & Co., FNW Bancorp, Chicago Board of Trade, Kemper Financial, The Equitable, Lakeview East Development Corp., The Irish Dairy Board and others.

She started her career as an agriculture economics reporter. She was a senior reporter for Knight Ridder News, rising to the position of chief financial reporter and managing the financial reporting staff, in Chicago and Washington, D.C.

InBusiness Magazine named Jennifer one of the top-level, civic-minded executives in Greater Madison in 2010. She is a frequent speaker at associations and conventions. She served as a director on the Public Relations Society of America Board, Chicago, Illinois, and the Conference Board’s Council of Corporate Communications. She currently serves on the Senior Round Table of the National Investor Relations Institute, Vienna, Virginia.

She has authored manuals on Effective Corporate Image and Effective Annual Reports, and has published numerous articles.

Jennifer has a BA in journalism from Michigan State University and postgraduate studies in finance from the Kogod College of Business Administration, American University, Washington, D.C. She has advanced certificates for Professional Sales, Marketing and Distribution; Export Marketing, Sales and Operations; and Market Products Worldwide from the University of California; Interaction Communications from the University of Pennsylvania and Writing for Business from the Wharton School of Business.
