    Great article! You’re so right. If we take Google for example, they are an innovator of information distribution. Not only are they an industry leader, they are a trend setter. Notice how the Google model has really focussed on rewarding dense informative content. This fact is becoming more apparent in the algorithms they create to separate what they feel is good & bad. Now carry that philosophy over to gmail. An example would be the most recent iteration of how gmail automatically separates your email. Primary, social & promotions. This is pure genius on their part, but it also points to a virtual world that is finally maturing. Resulting in marketers everywhere “going back to basics”. Direct mail will always be the fail safe. But getting the same ROI found digital marketing will be the challenge. We’re putting a lot of focus and R&D into what we feel would be that solution. A perfect hybrid of digital and analog.
